Utaburg is an open-world MMORPG divided into maps that connect together to form one large world. The world of Utaburg is alive with its own life. NPCs have their own duties, are happy to tell stories, and factions are constantly waging wars over territories against each other. Two days a week they participate in a castle war, and from time to time they even organize raids on bosses themselves - all of this happens in the world of Utaburg, even if there are no players nearby. The world is alive all the time.

As a creator, I put a very strong emphasis on immersion. I want you, as a player, to feel that the world is alive - because it really is. Something is constantly happening, and you are joining a world that does not force you down a specific path. You can farm, grind, craft, gather, trade on the player market, influence the economy, join one of the factions if you want to (but you don't have to), create guilds with other players, fight in arenas, or hunt other players in open PVP.

I have been a fan of the MMORPG genre for many years, and in Utaburg I have gathered everything that I liked the most from many classic titles.

A few specifics:

Combat:

• tab target with dynamic abilities, skillshots that can miss

• a variety of classes that complement each other in combat

• challenging bosses that in most cases require several players to defeat

Class System:

• you start as a Novice and at level 10 you choose your first class, which can be Warrior, Scout, Rogue or Merchant

• when you reach level 40 you can choose a second class:
  -- Warrior -> Knight or Guardian
  -- Scout -> Hunter or Wayfarer
  -- Rogue -> Assassin or Marauder
  -- Merchant -> Blacksmith or Alchemist

• each class has its own unique mechanics and perks

Skill and Equipment System:

• all equipment items have skills, and these are the skills you use on the battlefield

• items have tiers from T1 to T6

• every item in the game must first be crafted by a player before it enters the game, and every item is marked with the nickname of the player who created it

• items can be enchanted (upgraded, the classic +N system), and in case of failure the item is permanently destroyed

Character Builds:

• there are STR, AGI, DEX, VIT, INTE, LUK stats that define your character's strength and specific build

• there is a Mastery Tree that unlocks special passives that shape your class

• the Mastery Tree can be freely reset and you can save your builds for quick access (max 3)

Card System:

• every monster in the game can drop its own card, which has unique passives and even abilities

• every item in the game has slots where cards can be inserted

Mount System:

• the game has a classic mount system where mounts can be obtained, and mounts increase your movement speed outside of combat
