Bullwagon Business is a singleplayer, first-person medieval fantasy game that blends shop management, open-world exploration, and combat. The player takes on the role of a traveling merchant who owns a small shop in the countryside. To stock it, the player ventures out into the world with a bull-drawn wagon, collecting goods through exploration, or combat against fantasy creatures. Back at the shop, the player sells those goods to the local population, builds a reputation, and gradually grows their business.

Build Your Bull‑Powered Trading Empire

Start as a broke traveling merchant with a stubborn bull, a creaky wagon and a tiny shop on the edge of nowhere, then grow it into a bustling trading hub that draws customers from across the realm.

Fight Enemies, Clear the Road

Every profitable route is guarded by something that wants you and your cargo dead – monsters, bandits, rogue mages or hungry beasts that see your bull as dinner and your wagon as scrap. Use fast‑paced first‑person combat, abilities and gear you’ve bought or looted to survive ambushes, protect your wagon and keep the roads open for your next big haul.

Loot Dungeons for Premium Goods

The rarest, most valuable items never sit on clean shelves – they’re buried in cursed ruins, haunted forests and crumbling dungeons far from any safe road. Dive into these high‑risk areas, fight your way through rooms packed with enemies and traps, and cram your wagon with legendary loot, rare materials and black‑market curiosities that can redefine your entire business.

Run Your Own Medieval Shop

Back in town, your real weapon is not the sword, but the price tag. Arrange your shelves, decorate the interior, choose what to display in the front and which treasures to keep in the back for special clients.
Set prices, run timed discounts, react to what customers are actually buying and decide whether you want to be known as a fair merchant, a ruthless price‑gouger or a charming trickster who always talks people into “just one more item”.

Upgrade Your Wagon and Bull

Your wagon is more than storage – it is your mobile base, lifeline and status symbol rolled into one noisy, rattling package. Invest in bigger cargo space, armor plating, hidden compartments, magical enhancements and better harnesses for your bull, turning a shabby cart into an armored caravan that screams money the moment it rolls into town.

Risk It All for Bigger Profits

Every trip forces you to choose between safe, predictable roads with tiny margins or brutal shortcuts crawling with danger but loaded with rare goods. Plan your routes on the world map, listen to rumors about monster activity, shortages and local crises, then decide how far you’re willing to push your luck before everything – your cargo, your bull and your life – is on the line.

Master the Economy of a Living World

Prices shift, regions suffer shortages and rival traders chase the same opportunities you do, so buying cheap junk and waiting will not save you. Read the market, exploit temporary spikes in demand, corner specific niches (weapons, potions, forbidden relics) and use information gathered on the road to always arrive one step ahead of desperate buyers and greedy competitors.
