Trust, occupation, romance, everything in life is pre-determined by ""Empathy Score"" which reveals a person's personality.

Although it appears to many as a limiting system, as long as the score is high and stable, it is said to be the best town to live in the world.

Because it is run by AI, many are attracted by the environment which does not require extraordinary effort to blend in, which led to the uprising population in recent years.

Cocoro, our main heroine, was born in a small island. After graduating from college, she came to Xenoria looking for a job.

She managed to find work in the largest hospital -Xenoria General Hospital- and started her career as junior doctor.

However, a crack in the quiet and balanced city of Xenoria, is starting to develop.
