——Cannibalism X Superpowers X Suspense X Original Worldbuilding——

"Fried Chicken Wings Cause Love Fires" is a BL suspense-comedy long-form visual novel. Told in first person with a fixed protagonist, Aris. Contains elements of horror and sexual implications.

——Story Background——

The world is divided into three tiers: the extravagant Upper Layer, the fiercely competitive Middle Layer, and the lawless, ungoverned Lower Layer. Aris was once the heir of an Upper Layer family — now he's just another kitchen worker at a fried chicken shop.

He's determined to claw his way back to the Upper Layer by any means necessary. But all his plans are shattered by one mysterious night — an invitation from his boss, a chance encounter with a death row inmate, and an attack by a reanimated corpse.

Run away, or pursue the truth? The smallest choices may lead to the greatest consequences.

——Characters——

1. Bryant:

Aris's boss — a sharp and composed manager. He was once Aris's childhood friend and first love.

2. Deacon:

Aris's best friend, who went to prison for his sake and was later sentenced to death for killing an Upper Layer noble. He is extremely unstable and suffers from mental illness.

3. Caeran:

A corpse Aris encountered — and also the one who attacked him. Claims to have lost his memory. Shrouded in mystery.

——Content Warnings——

Only recommended for those who don't need content warnings.

Just kidding! (But seriously...)

• Detailed Disclaimers:

Entirely made by one person, so the production spans a long period, updates are slow, and the writing style and art style differ drastically between early and later content.

There are no fixed top/bottom dynamics — feel free to interpret and create fan works however you like. (Meaning everyone is fair game.)

The art is drawn very freely, so the level of polish varies greatly. It can also easily go off-model. Any artwork may be reworked multiple times.

I write wherever my dreams take me. While there is an overall outline, the length of each route varies wildly depending on my writing state! (Estimated length: B > C >>> D)

That's all! Please be mentally prepared before purchasing! (In fact, I recommend playing through the entire demo first before buying! Save data will carry over!)
