The Forever Winter Nosebleed Skin Pack includes:

The Ethereal Pup for Shaman

“Not sure how he see’s outta that thing, but im not sure he cares. He hunts all the same.”

The Blind Runner Skin for Scav Girl

“Over a long enough timeline on the surface, one streamlines their kit for any obstacle. Both real and imagined. And sometimes you just want to grab any trinkets you find along the way…”

Kaerguro Skin for Bagman

“They make the best bodies around, and its said the muscles grow around you, like a blanket, mixed with the worst kind of tick. Something you need, and something you hate.”

New skins will be applied the first time you use the character after acquiring them. After that, skins are selected at random after every death or can be manually selected in your Innards. If you want the true FW experience, treat that skav as dead and let the revolver decide.
