Pill It Up! is a 4–12 player online social deduction game where communication, deception, and deduction determine who survives. Every round, each player must identify the only pill that will keep them alive—but no one has enough information to solve the mystery alone.

Talk with other players, compare clues, question every statement, and decide who you can trust. Some players may be telling the truth, some may be mistaken, and others may be deliberately manipulating everyone. Every decision matters, because choosing the wrong pill means death.
