Do you like strawberries? If strawberries went extinct one day, how would we find their taste again...

Nanke City, 2029.

On an otherwise ordinary night, an extraordinary car accident occurs.

The crash takes place on a smart automated traffic route with a zero-accident record.

The sole victim is a human writer—one of the last of his kind surviving in the AI era.

Left behind in his notes is a record of a neurological drug called the "Dark Dream Capsule."

A chain of serial crimes involving artificial intelligence, cybernetics, and existentialism begins to unfold...

■ Lin Hu (Male Protagonist)

A mysterious Ocular making a living in the forgotten gray areas of society.

Cynical, hedonistic, and playful with life. Though well aware that his line of work and lifestyle are ill-suited for making friends, his nature compels him to confide deeply even in casual acquaintances.

■ Ouyang Meng

Co-founder of Dark Dream Tech. Shrewd and capable in the business world, she possesses business acumen and charisma far beyond her years.

Rational, calm, emotionally stable, and professional. She respects the privacy of her peers and subordinates, while permitting no interference in her own personal affairs. Having lived alone for years, the media has never uncovered any romantic relationships, whether opposite-sex or same-sex. The internet only catches occasional candid photos of her blissfully enjoying food and scenery on the streets of cities around the world.

■ Yu Naili

An unconventional psychologist who stubbornly adheres to traditional therapy.

Rejecting the Dark Dream Capsule and all related technologies that disrupted the psychological counseling industry, she has become the focus of media and public attention, known as the influencer psychologist. Some view her as conservative and stagnant; others believe she is intentionally chasing clout. Facing endless doubts and questioning, she remains utterly silent. Those with sharp perception might guess that she uses silence and her slightly old-fashioned attire to seal away unhealed scars deep within her heart.

■ Zhang Xuan

Neuroscientist, co-founder of Dark Dream Tech, and inventor of the Dark Dream Capsule.

On the very day development of the Dark Dream Capsule was completed, he ended his life during a severe bipolar episode. The public regards him as a tech maestro who single-handedly revolutionized psychological therapy and provided emotional value to the whole world. Yet, he was never able to enjoy the wealth and fame that followed.

■ Gao Che

A rare breed: a human writer.

With the explosive growth of AIGC in recent years, the ancient craft of writing has faced a massive impact. Yet, Gao Che not only persists in writing, but insists on using pen and paper notebooks, photographing the pages to post on social media. This renaissance-like act has earned him a dedicated cult following.

■ Miao Xin

The exclusive illustrator for Gao Che's articles.

Beneath her innocent and gentle exterior lies a supernatural artistic skill, earning praise even from the arrogant art fanatics on Mount Anatta. Friendly and humble by nature, she remains mysterious and distant to others due to her absolute silence regarding her background and origins.

But sooner or later, people will realize,

There is no difference between the blue and red capsules in the end-of-the-century parable,

Except that the latter is Strawberry Flavor.

Hello everyone, we are the Strawberry Flavor development team. This is a suspense + sci-fi visual novel with a fundamentalist touch.

The script was conceived long ago. To our surprise, with the rapid development of technology in recent years, the sci-fi plot we fabricated back then seems to be fast turning into present reality. Thus, we decided to turn it into a game, drawing nourishment from eternal human nature and emotions to tell a genuine and engaging story through a multi-media format.

Unlike grand space operas or robotic revolutions, Strawberry Flavor pursues 【Sci-Fi Realism】. Beyond romance and fantasy, we hope to give players a sense of reality, as if "something similar could happen tomorrow or the day after."

We believe that human strength lies in storytelling, and the future of storytelling lies in games. We hope this story sparks your contemplation of the future; that would be our ultimate honor. Currently, the game is still in its early stages, and many features require further polishing. We ask for your kind patience and understanding. You are also more than welcome to join our official Discord to shape our grand plans together.
