This is a game made by a single person.

The mechanics are very experimental even though it looks like a generic soulslike.

///

You will be confused about everything, not sure what's going on and even think the game's broken - it's ok.

This is not industry standard in any way, so you will often feel confused and scared of pressing buttons or choosing options, until you've spent some time with the game.

Everything is coded on purpose.

///

If you're new to action/fighting games I'd recommend playing other hyper-active games before playing Nekurogahara.

You can't even read the name of the game without stuttering, so imagine what this game will do to your brain.
