The Coma 3: Bloodlines is a 2D run-and-hide horror adventure where you must escape threatening puppets and shadow monsters while gathering clues, solving problems, and unraveling the mystery surrounding the chaos that the three main characters have been thrust into.

STORY In a district of Seoul, South Korea, there was a school boasting a long history and tradition, known as ‘Sehwa Private High School’. Behind the scenes, people seeking to study the cursed underworld of history were exploring and managing this place under the name ‘Sehwa Foundation’, with their focus on the nightmare dimension, the mirror world of this reality: The Coma.
However, there were also those who viewed this place as an object of exploration and suppressed the dangerous elements. They are the Ghost Vigilantes. The wraiths of the past, who have traversed the ages to this time period, appear ... and the once-quiet Coma dimension has once again become a realm of nightmare.
