Build Your Underground Empire

Start small and rise through the criminal ranks in Shady Pines, a growing city full of opportunity. Sell product to a wide range of customers, expand your operation, and turn a small-time hustle into a city-wide empire.

Increase your influence through sales, earn street cred, and unlock new buildings, upgrades, and powerful talents as your reputation spreads.

Expand Across the City

The world map lets you develop your criminal network across Shady Pines.

Build and upgrade specialized facilities such as:

• Production farms and labs to grow and manufacture product

• Car washes to launder dirty cash into clean money

• Warehouses to manage hired dealers and operations

• Schools and City Hall to influence the city's systems

• Police Department interactions to bribe officers and reduce pressure

Your ultimate goal: buy out the entire city.

Hire Dealers and Grow Your Network

Recruit lackeys to sell product for you while you focus on expansion.

Send them out to move product across the city and bring profits back to your operation.

If a dealer is undesirable… you may have to handle the problem.

Manage Heat and Stay Ahead of the Law

Every sale attracts attention.

A dynamic heat system increases police activity as your criminal empire grows. Hit certain thresholds and law enforcement will begin to interfere.

Bribe the police, manage your reputation, and keep your operation running smoothly.

Build Your Reputation

Sales generate street cred, allowing you to unlock upgrades, new buildings, and deeper systems within the city.

Invest your experience into a talent tree to specialize your playstyle and shape how your empire grows.
