You can play all game modes with a friend on one PC. With Steam Remote Play, you can also play online with one of your Steam friends.

In addition to the cooperative modes, you can compete against each other in the "Best of 5" Versus mode in all arenas. In this PvP mode, you arm yourself using pressure plates scattered throughout the arena. The focus is on fast-paced fun and a healthy mix of skill and luck.

Every round, win or lose, brings you closer to your goal. With the experience you gain, you unlock new equipment, upgrade it, and acquire passive buffs and abilities to aid you on your journey. The progressive experience system ensures steady progress, and the better you perform, the faster you'll progress.

Each arena and game mode combination has its own leaderboard. Find your favorite mode and fight your way up the leaderboard, just like in the good old arcades.
