TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR RACING TEAM

Racing Manager puts you in charge of your own motorsport team.

You don't drive the car. You make the decisions that determine whether it wins.

Recruit drivers, build your staff, manage your finances, improve your facilities, develop your cars and make crucial strategic decisions during race weekends.

From open-wheel racing to American championships and endurance competition, build your team and lead it through the world of motorsport.

Your decisions shape the future of the team.

BUILD YOUR TEAM

A racing team is much more than its drivers.

Recruit and manage the people behind the performance of your cars. Build a strong organization around your drivers and surround yourself with the right specialists.

Manage key members of your staff, including:

• Team Principal

• Technical Director

• Head of Aerodynamics

• Race Engineers

• Chief Financial Officer

• Head of Marketing

• Sporting Director

Every decision matters. Build the structure you need to compete today while preparing your team for the seasons ahead.

RECRUIT YOUR DRIVERS

Discover a motorsport world populated by hundreds of drivers.

Evaluate their abilities, recruit the talent your team needs and build your driver line-up according to your ambitions and your budget.

Experienced drivers can provide immediate performance, while younger prospects may become the stars of tomorrow.

In endurance racing, managing your line-up becomes even more important. Multiple drivers share the same car, making driver selection and race management an essential part of your strategy.

COMPETE ACROSS DIFFERENT MOTORSPORT DISCIPLINES

Racing Manager isn't limited to a single style of racing.

Build your career across several motorsport disciplines, each offering a different challenge.

WORLD OPEN WHEELS

Experience the world of international open-wheel racing through multiple levels of competition.

Develop your team, improve your cars and fight your way through increasingly competitive championships.

AMERICAN OPEN WHEELS

Take on a different style of open-wheel competition with its own teams, drivers and racing environment.

Adapt your strategy and prove that your organization can succeed on both sides of the Atlantic.

GLOBAL ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP

Endurance racing introduces a completely different challenge.

Manage multiple drivers per car, plan several pit stops and decide when to change drivers and tires.

Winning isn't only about being fast.

It's about surviving the entire race while making the right decisions at the right time.

MAKE THE CALL ON RACE DAY

Once the race begins, your work isn't over.

Follow the action and react to what happens on track.

Monitor your drivers, tires and race situation while deciding when to make your move.

Choose when to pit.

Choose when to change tires.

In endurance events, manage driver changes and make sure every driver completes their required time behind the wheel.

A poorly timed stop can destroy a race.

The right decision can change everything.

DEVELOP YOUR CARS

Performance doesn't happen by accident.

Work on your cars throughout the season and decide where your resources should be invested.

Improve the areas that matter most to your team and gradually close the gap to your competitors.

Every improvement comes at a cost, forcing you to balance performance with the financial reality of running a racing organization.

MANAGE THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE RACING

Speed costs money.

Running a successful racing team means managing much more than what happens on track.

Control your finances, monitor your expenses and make decisions that keep your organization competitive without putting its future at risk.

Drivers, staff, development and facilities all compete for the same resources.

Spend aggressively to chase immediate performance or build patiently for the future.

The choice is yours.

DEVELOP YOUR HEADQUARTERS

Your team doesn't stop evolving when the cars return to the garage.

Invest in your headquarters and improve the infrastructure behind your racing operation.

Better facilities can strengthen your organization and help you build a team capable of competing at a higher level.

But every investment has to fit into your long-term strategy.

BUILD FOR MORE THAN ONE SEASON

Racing Manager is about building an organization, not simply winning one race.

Manage your team across seasons.

Develop your cars.

Recruit new talent.

Strengthen your staff.

Invest in your infrastructure.

Control your finances.

Fight for championships.

Every season presents new decisions, new opportunities and new risks.

Your objective isn't simply to reach the finish line.

Build a racing team capable of staying at the front.

RACING MANAGER WILL KEEP EVOLVING

Racing Manager is built to grow over time.

Our goal is to release a major update approximately every three months, bringing new content, improvements and additional features to the game.

The first major update is planned for the end of December 2026, marking the first step in Racing Manager's post-launch development.

Player feedback will also help shape the game's evolution as we continue to expand and improve the Racing Manager experience.

YOUR TEAM. YOUR STRATEGY. YOUR LEGACY.

There is no single way to build a successful racing organization.

Invest heavily in performance.

Search for young talent.

Recruit experienced drivers.

Strengthen your technical department.

Take financial risks.

Or build patiently season after season.

The stopwatch will eventually tell you whether you made the right choices.

Welcome to Racing Manager.
