RUN THE NIGHT. SOMEHOW MAKE IT TO MORNING.
Vice Club Simulator is an operations-focused nightclub management simulation played from a first-person perspective, where you try to turn a small, modest strip club into one of the hottest nightspots in the city.
But opening the doors and waiting for money to rain down isn't enough. Every night starts before the first customer even walks in.
Check the calendar. Learn about upcoming events and customer trends. Choose the dancers and staff who will work that night, prepare their outfits, stock the bar, and get the club ready to open.
Once the doors open, the night will show you just how good your preparation really was.
Open the doors.
Orders start coming in. Dancers take the stage. VIPs expect special attention. The bar gets busy, tips start piling up, and the club gets more crowded by the minute.
But the night never goes exactly as planned. One customer's drink is late, another starts trouble, and a technical failure can throw the whole operation off course. While you're putting out a fire, someone in the corner might be throwing up.
The night has only just begun.
A well-managed night means bigger tips, higher profits, better reviews, and more customers the next night.
Lose control and orders fall behind, customers get angry, dancers wear out, and your club's rating drops. Every decision you make shows up at the end of the night—in the register and in the reviews.
You don't manage this club from a distance. You walk its floors, run the operation yourself, deal with problems as they happen, and keep the night alive.
WHO ARE YOU PUTTING ON STAGE TONIGHT?
A good night starts being won before the doors open, when you build the line-up.
You won't get the same crowd every night. Follow special dates, events, and trends on the calendar. Check your dancers' energy, evaluate the expected customer profile, and decide who will work that night.
At certain times, particular styles, body types, and outfits attract more attention. Match your line-up and outfit choices to the night's trends and customers will be much more willing to open their wallets.
Every customer has their own tastes and preferences. Picking the right dancer for what they want can turn an ordinary table into one of the biggest tips of the night.
As your club grows, sign new dancers and expand your roster.
But remember:
The biggest roster isn't always the best line-up.
Consider trends, outfits, customer preferences, your dancers' energy, and the bond you've built with them. You decide who works, who rests, and what the best line-up for the night looks like.
FILL THE BAR. FILL THE REGISTER.
Customers don't care what you still have behind the bar. They order what they want. It's your job to be ready.
Buy drinks and arrange the shelves however you like. Decide where every bottle goes and make sure you have enough stock before the rush begins.
Don't have the drink they asked for? Remember: being unprepared has a price.
Fortunately, there's another way.
Put in a little extra work, make your own drinks, and increase your profit margin.
It's probably best not to ask too many questions about the labels.
The right stock keeps the night flowing and the register full. Empty shelves cost you orders, customers, and money.
VIPS PAY MORE. NATURALLY, THEY WANT MORE.
Some customers aren't satisfied with sitting by the stage and having a few drinks. They want more attention, better service, and a dancer who suits their tastes.
Learn your VIP customers' preferences, choose the right dancer, and handle their private dance requests in the VIP areas. Keep the champagne ready, don't let requests pile up, and don't leave the rooms sitting empty.
Because the wrong choice doesn't just mean an unhappy customer. It means smaller tips and serious money left on the table.
VIP customers expect more. But when they leave happy, they make it worth your while.
IF YOU'RE GOING TO DO EVERYTHING YOURSELF, WHY BECOME THE BOSS?
In the early days, the answer is a little painful:
Because you're broke.
You handle orders, run between tables, keep the club in order, and try to stay on top of whatever goes wrong.
But as the club grows, you can start handing routine work over to your staff.
Waiters pick up orders from the bar and deliver them to customers.
Cleaners deal with the trash and mess that builds up throughout the night.
Security guards step in when customers cause trouble, stop some problems before they get worse, and when necessary introduce someone to the door—the back door.
The more you invest in your team, the less time you spend running after every little task and the more you actually manage the club.
Less grunt work. Bigger operation. More important decisions.
Being the boss has to come with at least one advantage.
PLAY A LITTLE DIRTY
Not every source of income has to appear in the accounting records.
Unlock the pickpocketing skill on the management computer and take a closer look at your customers' valuable accessories.
Nice watch.
That necklace isn't bad either.
When the opportunity comes, you can try to lift something. Succeed and the extra money is yours. Get caught and the customer may not be very understanding—they might leave the club and take every dollar they would have spent for the rest of the night with them.
Extra profit or a lost customer?
Your call.
Technically, that's a management decision too.
Risk management, after all.
YOU WEREN'T EXPECTING A QUIET NIGHT, WERE YOU?
Sometimes everything really does go well. Orders go out on time, dancers are on stage, and money starts flowing into the register.
Then someone throws up.
Someone else starts a fight. Another customer urinates in the middle of the club, harasses the dancers, or tries to take unauthorized photos in front of the stage.
Just when you think you've got everything under control, a pipe bursts. The power goes out. The club floods. Something catches fire.
It's not even midnight yet.
Handle customer-related trouble yourself or send in security. Respond to technical failures and accidents in time to keep problems from getting worse.
You can't solve every problem at once. You decide what needs your attention first and what can wait a little longer.
Take too long and customers may leave, service may fall apart, and your average rating may drop. At the end of the night, the repair bills for fires, plumbing, and every other disaster will be waiting for you.
A good manager makes money when everything is going well.
A good Vice Club boss keeps the night running even when everything falls apart.
GET TO KNOW YOUR DANCERS. LET THE REGISTER FEEL THE DIFFERENCE.
Don't think your job is over just because you've closed the doors.
After the customers leave, you can spend one-on-one time with one of your dancers every night. Talk to her, learn what she's like, and choose your answers carefully. If you want, you can strengthen your bond faster by giving gifts.
Over time, your bond level rises. Dancers who build a strong bond with you work with more motivation, perform better, and bring more money into the club.
So in the long run, don't only pay attention to which dancer is more popular. Pay attention to who you've built a strong relationship with as well.
Relationships matter. Especially the profitable ones.
OF COURSE THEY GET TIRED. THEY'RE NOT ROBOTS!
Working every night drains your dancers' energy. Keep putting the same people in the line-up and their fatigue rises while their performance starts to drop.
Keep them working without rest and a dancer may pass out in the middle of the stage and be unable to work for several days. That can ruin not only the current night, but your plans for the nights ahead.
That's why you need to decide carefully who works and who gets to rest.
After closing, you can massage one tired dancer to restore some of her energy and help her recover faster. But you can only massage one dancer per night.
Who you help, who you rest, and who you put back into the line-up is up to you.
A good boss knows not only who should work, but who needs to rest.
THE INTERNET NEVER FORGETS
If you think closing the doors means the night never happened, we have bad news.
Your customers have internet access.
At the end of the night, they leave reviews about the service they received, the state of the club, the dancers, and whatever happened along the way.
A customer who got their drink on time, received the service they expected, and didn't spend the night in the middle of a fire or flood usually leaves happier.
Good reviews raise your average star rating and bring more customers to your club on future nights. Bad reviews may leave you staring at a lot of empty chairs the next evening.
So reviews aren't just a report card for the night that ended. They also decide how crowded the next one will be.
Tomorrow's customers will see the mistakes you make tonight.
Good luck.
FROM A SMALL CLUB TO THE HOTTEST SPOT IN TOWN
At the beginning, your club is small, simple, and not especially impressive.
That's fine.
As you earn money, unlock new dancers, drinks, outfits, staff, and decoration options.
Buy new furniture, change the lighting, upgrade the stages, and redesign different parts of the club in your own style. Turn a place that looks ordinary at first into the club everyone in town talks about at night.
A growing business brings more customers, higher profits, and new opportunities. Of course, it also brings more orders to fill, a bigger team to manage, and a much more crowded night to keep under control.
Bigger club, bigger profits. And a much bigger night.
YES, THERE'S A CAT TOO
Somewhere among the neon lights, drunk customers, tired dancers, suspicious drinks, and even more suspicious business decisions lives the club cat.
Feed it.
Pick it up.
Play with it using the laser and its toys.
Or watch it cruise around the club on top of the robot vacuum while you're trying to keep the place running.
Fire broke out?
A customer throwing up again?
Trouble in the VIP room?
It doesn't really care.
Maybe it's the only one in this club who has truly figured life out.
