Those Who Rule is back in a gritty, Balkan-inspired fantasy that asks the timeless question: what makes a nation - blood, borders, or belief? Lead a small militia as a nation fractures around you, and every decision shapes what survives. When fear outruns truth, will you hold to your convictions?

Master Rewarding Tactics

Outmaneuver your enemies in unforgiving turn-based combat where positioning is everything. Chain tactical abilities to squeeze extra actions from each turn, dictate engagements with zones of control, and exploit flanks and terrain to bypass defenses and guarantee devastating strikes.

Forge Your Vanguard

Recruit 20 unique heroes, each bringing their own convictions to a fracturing nation. Guide them through 46 branching classes, each offering powerful abilities and distinct tactical roles on the battlefield.

Mix and match abilities and weapons across classes to create specialists tailored to your strategy. Spared enemies become fully customizable recruits to round out your forces. When combining smart load-outs with clever tactics, superior numbers become irrelevant.

Define Your Nation

Your militia clings to a fading dream of unity as the fatherland tears itself apart. Every choice ripples outward - reshaping alliances, altering missions, and deciding which version of the nation endures. In a fight for survival, holding to ideals demands the ultimate price.
