Tales of Eight is an action roguelite, naval battle game. As one of the last pirates you are fighting against the dreaded Feline Empire. Fight on the high seas with customisable magical canons, upgrade your ship, explore the ever-changing ocean, and trade with factions all to save Piratedom.

Main features:

• Engage in intense naval combat against a variety of enemy ships.

• Fight bosses to collect the magical pieces of eight

• Each piece of eight gives your ship a unique power. But beware of activating too many at the same time or the ocean will try to take them back.

• Buy and equip different canons and cannonballs, experiment to find fun and explosive combinations.

• Explore a procedural ocean where factions and environment will change each run.

• Engage in trade with the factions, predict or influence the market to purchase the best improvements for your ship.

Engage in naval action combat on the magical ocean. Place yourself perfectly for the best broadside attack. 

Upgrade your ship

Buy and equip magical canons and cannonballs. Combine effects of both to try and create explosive attacks.

Explore the ocean

The ocean is regenerated each run to provide a fresh experience to explore.

Trade

Trade with factions then use the gold gained to buy upgrades to your ship.
