PROMOTER: The Fight Game is a deep sports management simulation where you build a boxing promotional company from nothing into a global powerhouse. Scout raw talent from the amateurs and free-agent pools. Sign them. Promote them. Match them carefully, too soon, and you wreck a career, too late and a rival promoter swoops in. Book the venues. Sell the narrative. Fill the arena. Watch the money come in or not.

BUILD YOUR PROMOTION

Business comes first, loyalty after

Start in local venues with unknown fighters and limited cash. Grow your company into a worldwide powerhouse capable of selling out arenas and dominating the boxing industry.

• Sign fighters, managers, trainers, and staff

• Discover amateur talent before rival promoters do

• Develop regional, national, and global promotions

• Build relationships with broadcasters and sponsors

• Manage finances, debt, and operational costs

EMERGENT STORYTELLING

No scripted campaign. No predetermined narratives.

Every save in PROMOTER: The Fight Game generates unique stories shaped by your decisions, fighter personalities, business politics, and the unpredictable nature of combat sports.

• A hyped prospect can collapse under pressure.

• A journeyman can shock the world.

• A bitter rivalry can define an entire era.

• A controversial decision can spark outrage across the sport.

• Champions rise. Rival promoters wage cold wars behind the scenes. Media narratives influence public opinion and fighter popularity. Careers can be built slowly over years or destroyed overnight.

• The world evolves whether you succeed or fail.

• No two careers, promotions, or boxing worlds will ever unfold the same way.

FIGHT NIGHT IS THE PAYOFF

Promote events ranging from small local cards to historic mega-fights.

Choose venues, undercards, production quality, marketing spend, pacing, and matchmaking strategy. A poorly constructed card can hurt your reputation. A legendary event can define an era.

• Build complete fight cards

• Balance entertainment vs profitability

• Create rivalries and long-term narratives

• Handle late pullouts, controversies, and injuries

• Simulated fight results driven by fighter styles, preparation, and matchmaking

RUN THE BUSINESS, NOT JUST THE ROSTER

Boxing is politics, money, and manipulation.

Negotiate contracts with demanding fighters and ruthless managers. Handle purse splits, rematch clauses, sponsorship demands, injuries, and failed negotiations. Decide whether to protect your prospects carefully… or throw them into dangerous fights for a payday.

• Dynamic contract negotiations

• Sanctioning body politics and rankings

• PPV revenue and ticket pricing

• Media obligations and public perception

• Rival promoters competing for talent

• Fighter morale, loyalty, and career expectations

A LIVING BOXING WORLD

The world moves with or without you.

Rival promotions sign talent. Champions duck contenders. Prospects fail. Unknown underdogs become legends. Media narratives influence popularity and negotiations. The sport evolves over decades.

No two saves develop the same way.
