• Document Inspection: You are required to manually drag, organize, and cross-reference digital paperwork on your screen. Compare X-rays, medical histories, and doctors' notes against the provided policy binder to find loopholes for denial.

• Time Pressure: A daily timer governs your shift. Claims left unprocessed when the clock runs out are claims you don't get paid for. Your rent, your family's wellbeing, and your own VitaCare+ premiums depend on how many you clear before the day ends.

• Adapt to Changing Rules: Corporate policy changes overnight. A medical procedure that was fully covered on Monday might be an immediate denial by Wednesday. You are expected to adapt your strategy to survive the week.

• Handle Client Repercussions: The files on your desk are not isolated. Your verdicts have ongoing consequences. Patients will attempt to contact your terminal as their conditions worsen over the course of your probation. You will encounter branching stories and moral choices driven by your approvals and denials. Any deviation from processing targets to address patient grievances will result in immediate wage deduction.
