In Geneva's glass towers, one misfiled cargo can end a career—and spark a romance that won't stay off the record.

Crude Hearts is an adult romance visual novel set inside a high-stakes commodity trading house as a twelve-week OFAC voluntary self-disclosure ticks toward an August 1st deadline. You play Sutton Locke, Co-Head of crude oil trading at Vermilion Trading SA—calm under pressure, newly divorced, and carrying a decision that put his initials on the wrong cargo at the worst possible moment.

With a Strait of Hormuz incident shaking markets, a war-risk insurance renewal closing in, and a Gulf counterparty's exposure tightening like a vise, Sutton is forced to choose where he stands—and who he stands with.

Meet the Cast

Anya Kovalenko — "The Structure"
Vermilion's youngest director and the desk's structured-products mind, Anya built the paper reality of the cargo now driving the submission—and her name is on every page. With Anya, attraction isn't impulsive—it's engineered, step by step, until the structure holds or breaks.

Maeve Khoury — "The Cargo"
Maeve is the elegant nerve center behind Vermilion's largest Gulf counterparty—an art-world specialist moving assets through auction calendars while an enforcement window creeps closer. With Maeve, desire is never separate from leverage—because every cargo has a destination, and every relationship has a cost.

Saffron Holcombe — "The Submission"
A London partner who speaks in section numbers and decisive imperatives, Saffron is the lead outside counsel drafting the document that will define Vermilion's next decade. With Saffron, romance grows inside protocols, deadlines, and privilege, where one misstep could become part of the record.
