An Economist strengthens your war chest with reliable Resource Points, a Humanitarian wins hearts and minds while growing local manpower, and a Cartel Boss brings underworld leverage with a free Agent and extra income in population centres.

Zambala rewards players who balance the sword and the ballot box. Brute military force seizes territory, but political influence keeps it.
