Sweat Equity

Lucenti is a storied Milanese maison built on heritage, craft, and a promise stitched into every label: Made in Italy. Three weeks ago, a 22-year-old finisher named Mei Lu collapsed and died in a locked, off-the-books subcontracted workshop—one whose existence the cost targets demanded and the audits never recorded.

CEO Sandro Vianello set those targets. Now a prosecutor’s probe, a labor suit, a make-or-break runway show, and a conglomerate recapitalization are all closing in at once. And three women, each holding a piece of the truth Lucenti wants sealed away, pull him into three charged, incompatible romances. Desire becomes dangerous. Intimacy becomes leverage. Every choice asks the same question: when the next collection is already in production, what—if anything—is still worth more than the close?

Meet the Cast

Yara Esposito — The Protégé

A brilliant Neapolitan designer Sandro discovered and championed, now positioned as Lucenti’s “reformed” future. But Mei Lu hand-finished the very capsule collection meant to crown her—turning her dream into a debt she can’t stomach. Her route burns with gratitude against autonomy: did Sandro lift her up, or buy her silence with a throne?

Selene Roux — The Face

Lucenti’s exclusive campaign icon, locked to the brand by the contract Sandro signed—and the morality clause the relaunch depends on. She met Mei once at a fitting, and now the image she’s paid to perform feels like an alibi she can’t live inside. A forbidden attraction where every tender moment risks detonating careers, contracts, and the entire comeback.

Jia Wu — The Witness

Second-generation Chinese-Italian, a former workshop stitcher turned organizer, Jia carries the real ledger, the real hours, and the dead girl’s real name into Lucenti’s immaculate halls. She stitched beside Mei in the locked room where it happened, and she refuses to let the house settle the truth into a sealed number. The sharpest collision of all—outsider against steward, record against reputation.

Key Features

• Three full romance routes. Choose whose door you walk through, then follow a complete story where love and consequence stay tightly entwined.

• A luxury-thriller workplace drama with teeth. Prosecutors, unions, investigative press, and corporate containment collide with runway deadlines and brand survival.

• Three distinct emotional registers. Sea-cold freedom, kitchen-warm truth, and the fragile ethics of an open cage—each heroine feels her way through a world that monetizes everything.

• Moral pressure that doesn’t flinch. The story pushes past scandal into complicity, accountability, and what it means to put a price on a person.

• Bittersweet, earned endings. Even after the reckoning, the machine wants to roll on—unless someone makes it stop.
