Love, leverage, and the lies we call certainty.

In Los Angeles, Lineage sells the ultra-rich a promise as pristine as its glass-walled lab: the best baby, chosen by whole-genome screening and a proprietary embryo-ranking algorithm called the Index. Then their first flagship child — smiling on every investor deck — is diagnosed with a fatal neurodegenerative disease the model was supposed to prevent.

As regulators close in, lawsuits pry at version histories, and a consumer trait-selection launch threatens to turn medicine into luxury branding, Adrian Sayre — the scientist who built the Index — finds his career and conscience collapsing under one impossible question: will he protect the company's story, or tell the truth that could burn everything down?

Caught in the fallout are three women who each hold a different piece of what was buried — and each offers a different kind of romance, where intimacy collides with evidence, ethics, and the price of being chosen.

Meet the Cast

Pia Rao — The Protégée
A brilliant young computational geneticist, Pia helped build the Index with her own hands — mentored by Adrian from broke PhD to the backbone of a billion-dollar company. While pulling model history for discovery, she finds the proof: the buried commit, the widened confidence, the limitation quietly labeled "handled." Earnest, messy, and painfully honest, Pia is torn between the man who made her career and the truth that could finally make her herself — even as their relationship shifts from mentorship into something neither of them knows how to name.

Dr. Liv Sandoval — The Physician
Liv is Lineage's Medical Director: the clinician who sits with families, turns Adrian's scores into real recommendations, and transferred the embryo that became Lineage's most famous child. She and Adrian built the company together — and loved each other before the trait-selection pivot and the money hollowed the mission out. Warm, direct, and dangerously principled, Liv wants the real cause on the record… even if it implicates the man she's still, infuriatingly, drawn to.

Gwen Calloway — The Journalist
Embedded to write a glossy founder profile, Gwen quickly starts writing the story that would end Lineage instead: that the certainty was oversold, the confidence was massaged, and a dying child lives inside the gap. Dry, disciplined, and razor-smart, she's the one person Adrian can't out-message — and the one he can't stop telling the truth to. Their attraction is a professional catastrophe: the closer she gets to him, the harder it is to decide whether integrity is publishing… or withholding.

Key Features

• Single-choice romance routes with high-stakes consequences — Choose who you approach first (your co-founder, a journalist, or your protégée) and commit to one route that reshapes the season's outcome.

• A grounded techno-thriller romance set inside a fertility unicorn — FDA pressure, investor clocks, discovery demands, and a public scandal collide with private desire in a near-now world that feels uncomfortably real.

• Three distinct romance dynamics — Second Chance with a partner who remembers who you were before the money; Professional vs. Subject with the reporter who can end you; Mentor vs. Protégée where love and dependency blur until agency finally snaps into focus.

• A ticking-clock narrative built around secrets with receipts — Buried limitations, massaged confidence, and the version history that proves who knew what — before the launch ships and the world moves on.

• Explicit adult scenes across all three routes — Each romance route contains adult content. The game is intended for mature audiences only.
