BECOME THE DOCTOR THE PLAGUE FEARS

The infected are at your door. Your next breakthrough is in their veins.

Black Hollow is a first-person dark fantasy horde-survival roguelite for solo play or up to four players in online co-op. Step into a plague doctor's mask, fight through escalating nights, and turn the infection against itself. Crush the horde, harvest its ichor, and build something monstrous before the next bell tolls. Learn the tools of your trade with an in-game tutorial.

MAKE THE PLAGUE YOUR WEAPON

Break through with your staff. Hurl volatile potions. Tear into the infected with plague-powered attacks. Choose your loadout, then combine alchemy and close combat to carve a path through the crowd.

EVERY BELL CHANGES YOUR BUILD

Harvest ichor before the bell tolls to improve your reward tier. Choose relics, stack upgrades, and shape your run as the nights grow more dangerous. Back at your refuge, invest in permanent research and prepare your next hunt.

FOUR HUNTING GROUNDS. NO SAFE NIGHT.

Fight across the fields of Black Hollow, the ruined sanctuary of Ashen Abbey, the drowned settlement of Mournwater, and the burning heart of Cinderwatch Foundry. Each location brings its own atmosphere, routes, and field operations to master.

OUTLAST WHAT ANSWERS THE BELL

The horde is only the beginning. Face nightly bosses, read their attacks, and find your opening while the night closes in. Make it to dawn, regroup, and face the next hunt with a stronger build.

FACE THE NIGHT TOGETHER

Brave the hunt alone or bring friends in up to four-player online co-op. Combine your loadouts, hold off the infected together, and keep your fellow doctors in the fight.

Survive the night. Harvest the infection. Return stronger.
