## A Duel of Skill and Timing

Combat revolves around three attack types:

* **Vertical**
* **Horizontal**
* **Heavy**

Choose the correct guard to minimize stamina loss, or perform a perfectly timed guard to stagger your opponent.

Heavy attacks cannot be blocked. Read your opponent's movements and evade at the perfect moment—or suffer the consequences.

## Manage Your Spirit

Every action consumes **Spirit**, your stamina.

Attack too aggressively, defend for too long, or dodge recklessly, and you'll exhaust yourself.

When Spirit reaches zero, you enter **Exhaustion**, leaving you completely defenseless until your stamina fully recovers.
