Noyan: Club Chairman invites you to step into the most stressful and powerful seat in the football world: the Club Presidency. Leave the tactics to the manager and the pitch to the players; your job is to transform this club into an unstoppable football juggernaut.

The destiny of your club won’t just be decided by the 90 minutes played on the pitch, but by the weight of the decisions you make behind closed doors.

KEY FEATURES

• Club Politics & Elections: How well did you keep your campaign promises to the club members? When election day arrives, you must maximize member management and your personal reputation to protect your seat against fierce rivals.

• Dynamic Fan Communities: The stands are not a monolith. Manage diverse fan factions, each with its own identity. Get them on your side and you become unstoppable; cross them, and brace yourself for relentless protests!

• A Deep Financial Empire: Don't just sell tickets and chase sponsors. Manage every single cent—from season tickets and stadium museum entry fees to merchandise pricing and megastore optimization. Manipulate prices based on the purchasing power of different fan groups to turn your club into a massive money-printing machine! And when negotiating loans with banks during financial crises, remember: maintaining fiscal discipline is far more critical than splurging on your transfer budget.

• Authority Over the Manager: Freely choose the head coach to lead your squad, but never forget: you set the club’s vision. Balance the manager's transfer demands with your own budget constraints, and assert your authority when necessary to leave your personal mark on the club.

• Million-Dollar Sponsorship Wars: Sit down with corporate giants to negotiate everything from shirt and sleeve sponsors to stadium naming rights and pitchside ad boards. Leverage your club’s success and your personal reputation to secure the most aggressive deals and flood the club’s coffers with cash.

• Build Your Background & Legacy: Declare who you are to the world before taking the hot seat, and manage not just a football club, but the chaotic life that comes with the title. Your background and social status—combined with the personal choices you make behind closed doors and the unexpected crises life throws at you—won't just dictate your own fate. They will directly shape the headlines of a ruthless media, the loyalty of club members, and the respect you command from the terraces.

Remember, in Noyan: Club Chairman, matches are played on the pitch, but the future of the club is won in the presidential office.
