You are not the gambler. You are the house.

Probability Workshop is a lottery tycoon simulator. You stand on the winning side of the rules — designing odds, setting payouts, watching money flow into your pockets.

Core Gameplay

• Design Lotteries — Pick-3, Daily Draw, Progressive Jackpot. Define prize tiers and payout structures.

• Control Payout Rates — 50% or 30%? High rates keep them coming back. Low rates maximize your cut.

• Allocate Funds — Prize pool, commissions, public benefit, profit. A four-way balancing act.

• Build Your Retail Network — Recruit franchisees, expand your reach, penetrate the entire city.

Every NPC Has a Life of Their Own

Some people buy a few tickets and leave. They come in silence, they leave in silence.

Others can't stop. Every “just one more ticket” becomes another sale on your books.

• Passersby become regulars. Regulars can't stop. Those who can't stop lose everything.

• Winning isn't always the end — some walk away satisfied, while others see a win as a reason to keep chasing.

• Follow any NPC's journey: from curiosity to addiction, from addiction to ruin.

You're Not Dealing With Numbers. You're Dealing With People.

On the left, your wealth grows.

On the right, their lives collapse.

Your reports record revenue. NPC profiles record spending, winnings, savings, and debt.

The same bet is revenue in your books and an expense in theirs.

Business Pressure

• 60 periods per cycle — pay your license fee or shut down

• Security deposit below the required amount? Your license can't be renewed

• Prize pool overdraw? Pay out of pocket

• Your greed has consequences — when your customer base collapses, there's nothing left to extract

An Experiment in Probability, Greed, and Human Nature

You don't cheat. You don't need to.

You just design the rules. Then stand on the winning side.
