Zereoton Hauntings 3 is a 2D survival horror game based on the story of a paranormal enthusiast called Mateo who loves to investigate the various haunted locations in the US.
Mateo, the paranormal enthusiast, got a call from a family living in Kentucky who have been experiencing paranormal activity for the past few months and were concerned about the safety of their kids. The house was built during the early 2000s, and there have been no reports of deaths on that property to date. As a result, the family was confused and couldn't understand why the paranormal activities started occurring in their home.
The owner shared his experience with Mateo before the beginning of the investigation. He said that his son was so scared that he refused to sleep alone in his room because he saw a tall, black shadow man calling out his name every night. Initially, he didn't believe him until he too saw a tall, dark creature in the basement area of the home. The family completely stopped entering the basement area ever since that day. One day, his wife was sleeping in her bed and she felt her bed being shaken violently by an unseen force which woke her up from sleep. She got so scared that she had to immediately leave the house without a second thought and had to spend the rest of the night in her car. After the incident, she refused to stay in the house alone. The owner also reported hearing disembodied laughs and footsteps in the hallway area, and witnessing multiple floating orbs and shadow figures.
Finally, the owner decided to get in touch with Mateo so that he could provide him with some answers. You play as Mateo, the paranormal enthusiast, and will you be able to escape the haunted house safely?
