You are thrown right into the middle of a ruined world where you must manage your resources wisely, explore dangerous, foggy forests, and survive consecutive encounters with the infected at all costs.

Your Camp, Your Fortress

In a world where everything is trying to kill you, a safe shelter is your most valuable asset. Exploration and gathering materials will allow you to gradually expand your base. Starting from a simple campsite, over time you will create a fully functional hideout. This is where you will craft tools, heal your wounds, and plan your next expeditions. Your base is the only line between life and death-take care of it, and you will increase your chances of survival.

Deadly Threats and Clearing Zones

The infected in Northfall are deadly, and every encounter carries an immense risk. Additionally, depending on the region you are in, you will face enemies with completely different mutations and behaviors. Fighting individual enemies only buys you a moment of survival. To permanently rid a location of zombies and secure the area, you must find their nests and completely destroy them using thermite.

A Ruined and Harsh World

Abandoned locations and devastated landscapes demand constant vigilance and survival instincts. Traverse the dark, harsh coastal territories of the Pacific Northwest. Dense, foggy coniferous forests hide ruined locations, and rusting, abandoned cars stand as the only remnants of a bygone civilization. Scavenge deserted buildings and car wrecks for resources, fully aware that every noise in the forest could herald danger.

Manage your resources, make every bullet count, and remember that sometimes the best tactic is to retreat into the shadows. Northfall is a constant struggle, where one bad decision or a single moment of carelessness in the forest means the end. Build a shelter, clear the zones of nests, and prove you can survive in a world that offers no second chances.
