At a railway station, a train departing on time is never a matter of chance.

In the demo version of Train Station Tycoon, take control of a bustling railway station, either solo or in co-op. Plan arrivals, assign platforms, manage connections, and coordinate your teams to ensure every train departs on time.

Because at a railway station, everything can change in a matter of seconds. A breakdown can put a platform out of service. Will you be able to keep traffic under control?

A management game where every minute counts

Each day begins with a new service schedule. Trains arrive one after another without interruption, carrying hundreds of passengers, and must depart on time to avoid delaying the services that follow.

Your role is to:

• assign the right platform to each train;

• organise efficient connections;

• prevent conflicts between train movements;

• keep passenger flows running smoothly;

• anticipate disruptions before they spread.

As you progress, your station welcomes more and more trains, passengers, and unexpected events. Rush hours become real challenges where every decision matters. The satisfaction comes when everything runs perfectly: trains arrive, passengers find their way, and traffic continues to flow despite the pressure.

Upgrade your infrastructure

In this demo, you can improve your station by adding decorations, benches, and signs to keep your passengers informed and increase its attractiveness.

Your reputation depends on your choices

Your success is measured according to three criteria: train punctuality, passenger satisfaction, and the attractiveness of your station. Should you invest in new platforms? Hire more staff? Build a new footbridge? The choice is yours.

No two days are the same

Even with perfect organisation, unexpected events are inevitable. You will have to deal with a wide range of dynamic situations: technical failures, sick passengers, animals on the tracks, suspicious packages, sudden surges in passenger numbers, and more. Each situation forces you to reassess your priorities and limit its impact on the rest of the network.

Key features included in the demo

• Play solo or in co-op with up to 4 players.

• Manage a railway station serving trains and passengers with a variety of needs.

• Optimise traffic across 2 tracks.

• Deal with dynamic events that disrupt your carefully laid plans.

• Upgrade your small station to attract new passengers.

Passengers will only see one thing: a train departing on time. It is up to you to make sure everything else works.
