Heartwood Incremental is a cozy pixel-art incremental about growing a tree — from a single sprout into something cosmic. Tap sunlight, unfurl leaves and branches, and watch a hand-drawn tree fill its pot. Then do what every gardener dreams of: start over, bigger.

Every Evolution is a true rebirth. Your tree sheds its old form and returns grander — Seedling, Sapling, Fruiting Tree, Elder — and each form unlocks a genuinely new way to play, not just bigger numbers:

🌿 Branches & Leaves — the heart of your sunlight economy

🌱 The Seed Tree — a permanent skill tree that survives every prestige

💧 Roots & Water — a quiet second resource that multiplies everything

🍎 Fruit & Orchard — ripen and harvest for stacking bonuses

🌸 Blossoms & Pollinators — assign bees to the layers you want to boost

❄️ Seasons — the Elder Tree lives through a turning year, each season favoring a different craft

No two layers play alike, and there's always one more upgrade on the way to the next form. Warm wood-and-parchment colors, chunky pixel art, offline growth, no ads — just a tree and you.
