Sculpt, slice, and paint real cake into perfect copies of everyday objects — then invite your friends online to spot the fake. Every cut reveals the sponge layers inside. Fool them, or get sliced open trying.
Grab a knife. Somewhere in this room, something is secretly cake — and next round, it's your turn to bake the lie.
Hidden in Plain Cake is a first-person multiplayer sculpting game where you carve, build, smooth, and paint real sliceable cake into perfect copies of everyday objects. Every cut goes all the way through — and reveals the sponge layers inside.
🔪 Sculpt Like It's Clay. Slice Like It's Cake.
No blocks, no grids — free-form sculpting on a real 3D mesh. Lasso a shape and cut it clean out, shave with plane cuts, or carve to a precise depth.
Build up as freely as you cut down: extrude new volume in any shape, dome it, then smooth everything into one seamless surface.
🎂 It's Cake All the Way Down
Your creation isn't a hollow prop. Slice it open anywhere and the interior shows honest cake — stripes of sponge and filling, exactly where you cut.
Paint the outside to sell the illusion. A shoe, a toolbox, a potted plant... whatever the surface says, the inside tells the truth.
🕵️ Fool Your Friends
Play online with friends through Steam. Walk the room in first person, study everyone's handiwork up close, and decide: real object, or dessert in disguise?
Then swap roles. Your sculpt, their suspicion.
