You're the boss of a hot-dip galvanizing plant.
Steel comes in dirty. Customers want it out coated, on time, and on spec — and they'll send it back if you cut corners. Bid the work, staff the zones, and keep the line moving from degrease to kettle to shipping. Every load is money on the line.

Grab the pendant and dip it yourself.
Let the kettle run on autopilot, or take manual control and work the crane by hand — immersion, cook, and extract, each on the stopwatch. Time the phases right and you pull a clean coat every load. Rush it and you're stripping and re-dipping on your own dime. Upgrade from a shop-stock pendant to dual-speed and tech LCD controls as you go.

Staff the floor, manage the people.
Assign crew to zones by skill, watch attendance and friction, and handle check-ins, call-offs, and the occasional formal warning. A short-staffed shift drags the whole line — but the right people in the right spots keep the steel moving and the book in the black.

Run the business, not just the line.
Bid one-offs, rush jobs, and weekly accounts. Ship on time to keep your reputation. Grow building, line, and kettle tiers when the books allow it. Miss a deadline and you lose the account; deliver clean and the work keeps coming.
