Dead Extraction is a top-down pixel-art extraction survival game set in a Tokyo devastated by a catastrophic infection. Enter hostile zones, search for weapons, equipment, and essential supplies, then reach an extraction point alive. Every extra room could contain something valuable—but the longer you stay, the greater the risk of losing everything.

EVERY OPERATION DEMANDS A DIFFERENT APPROACH.

Fight through ruined city streets, dangerous night zones, forests, and military facilities. Face infected swarms, armed scavengers, elite PMCs, and powerful bosses. Search-and-extract raids are joined by convoy operations, sniper missions, helicopter assaults, and large-scale battles.

SURVIVAL REQUIRES MORE THAN FIREPOWER.

Read enemy movements, control your firing angles, use cover, and choose your battles carefully. Health, infection, stress, hunger, and hydration must all be managed alongside limited ammunition and inventory space. If you die during an operation, the equipment and loot you were carrying will be lost.

BUILD A SHELTER WORTH RETURNING TO.

A successful extraction is only the beginning. Bring recovered supplies back to your shelter, manage food, water, electricity, and storage, and expand your defenses. Build walls, gates, and automated turrets, repair damaged structures, and prepare for attacks from infected hordes and hostile armed forces.

EVERY SURVIVOR HAS A STORY.

The survivors living in your shelter have their own personalities, abilities, emotions, and relationships. Morale and mental stability influence their behavior, while affection, resentment, crime, and punishment can reshape the entire community. Watch their personal logs, manage internal conflicts, and keep the shelter from collapsing from within.
