Humans built the robots to serve. We called them Blinkers.
They decided they’d rather not.

They tried to wipe us out.
We fought back. Hard. For a while… we were winning.

So the machines changed the rules.

Instead of finishing the war, they rewrote it—jumping across time to erase humanity before we could even become a threat. Past. Future. Anywhere we exist… they follow.

To fight back, humanity built something desperate.
A way to send one soldier through the rifts of time.

Not an army. Just one.

They chose an elite agent of F.O.R.G.E — Field Operations for Robotic Governance Enforcement.
A division created for one purpose: wipe out the Blinkers, wherever they hide.

That agent is Jacksaw.

And this war…
ends with him.

The Jacksaw Rift War is a love letter to the shooters I grew up with—blending combat, exploration, and light platforming across fractured timelines ruled by machines.

It’s built around the kind of gameplay that pulls you forward—clearing a path, finding another route, pushing just a little deeper into worlds that don’t always play fair—designed to keep you on your toes without letting go.

Step into an action-adventure FPS where classic shooter intensity meets a more deliberate, exploration-driven pace.

• Explore open-ended levels with multiple paths—fight your way through or find another way around

• Traverse dangerous environments with light platforming and environmental puzzles

• Search every corner for hidden routes, secrets, and optional challenges

• Master a varied arsenal built to handle whatever the Blinkers throw at you

• Travel across different time periods, each with its own feel, dangers, and surprises
