Turn-based airline strategy from the dawn of the Jet Age into the future.

Choose your home city, create your airline and start connecting the world.

Build new routes, expand your fleet and make the decisions that turn a small regional carrier into a global airline empire. As aviation advances through the decades, new aircraft, destinations, opportunities and challenges will reshape the world around you.

EARLY ACCESS LAUNCHES NOVEMBER 2026

Take the controls in November 2026. Here's what you'll be able to play from day one:

WHAT'S INCLUDED AT LAUNCH
• 3 Single-Player Scenarios (1950–1990): Build an airline across four decades of commercial aviation, with around 6–10 hours of strategy gameplay.
• Open Skies Sandbox Mode: Create your own scenarios by setting the rules and AI rivals, then connect routes between 120+ cities across a huge world map.
• Local Hot-Seat Multiplayer: Pass the controls and compete in airline rivalries for 2–4 players on one screen.
• Flight School: Learn the essentials with an approachable tutorial.
• Steam Achievements & Controller Support: Track your progress and play with a controller. Try the experimental TV Mode for couch play.

PLANNED DURING EARLY ACCESS
We plan to add more scenarios and game modes, introduce aircraft from additional eras, expand Open Skies with a larger world and more ways to configure your own scenarios, and deepen local multiplayer options. Community feedback will help shape development.

Your airline grows alongside the history of commercial aviation.

Buy the aircraft that fit your strategy, give them your airline's identity and retire ageing models as newer generations arrive. A great aircraft can transform a route — but every aircraft is an investment.

Choose your era and AI rivals, then build your network and develop your airports. Open Skies gives you room to try a different airline strategy every time.

Running an airline is more than choosing where to fly.

Manage staff, fuel reserves, finances, alliances and reputation while adapting to changing markets and events around the world.

History can create unexpected challenges — or the opportunity that takes your airline to the next level.

OUTMANEUVER YOUR RIVALS

You are not building your empire alone.

Rival airlines are expanding their own networks, competing for attractive routes, passengers and prestige. Decide when to compete directly, when to find another opportunity and how aggressively you want your airline to grow.

SHARE THE COCKPIT

Pass the controls around and build rival airlines in local hot-seat multiplayer for 2–4 players. Each player runs their own carrier in the same changing world—then sees who can build the strongest network.
