You're a filthy fly with a bandana and a bad attitude, and the entire insect kingdom has decided today is the day. Ants by the hundred. Honey bees that kite you. Mid-fight, an egg drops. Hold a shrinking circle for ten seconds while the horde pours in on you, and the hatch pays out in Maggots and a burst of XP. Walk away and you get nothing. Every wave asks the same question, and running is always the safe, boring answer.

Maggot Rebirth — a once-per-run revive that bursts every bug standing over your corpse.
Nothing is ever lost on death. You just come back worse.
