Authorized by a boss who's always offline, you'll name and manage your very own project team: fit out the office and arrange your colleagues' training, meetings, promotions, and more.

Click on a colleague to check their workload — or click like a maniac to nag them into working harder.

You can also ask HR to recruit fresh hires, or "optimize" your headcount (don't worry, the severance for anyone you optimize won't come out of your account).
