Welcome to Headshot Manager, a management simulation where you run a tactical-FPS esports organization from the inside. The roster, the money, the map pool, and the calls that decide matches are all yours.

Start with a founded organization nobody has heard of, or take over an existing team with expectations already attached. Hundreds of teams across every region play their own season whether you're watching or not: open qualifiers, invitationals, tier one events, and one mid-season Major with real qualification. Rankings move. Contracts run down. Players age, peak, and retire.

Every playthrough is different, shaped by the choices you make and the results you deliver.

• Coach the match, round by round Matches don't resolve into a results screen. Every round plays out on a 3D broadcast stage where smokes bloom, flashes blind, a lurker slips in behind the rotation, and the bomb ticks down. Between rounds the clock freezes and the call is yours: the buy, the tactic, the risk. Your assistant coach has an opinion. You don't have to take it.

• A simulation, not a spreadsheet with a coat of paint Every kill, death and round win comes out of an actual simulated round, with positions, angles, utility and economy taking into account your roster's gameplan.

• Map veto as information warfare Every team's proficiency on every map is public, yours and theirs alike. You veto face to face against the opposing coach, and each ban is a read on what they've actually been training. Because they have been training.

• A real economy Pistol rounds, force-buys, ecos, armour, smokes, flashes and frags are each priced and each a decision. Lose the pistol and you'll feel it three rounds later, the way it actually works.

• Seven maps that genuinely play differently Each one is authored by hand and balance-tested until both sides have a real chance. Train a focus each week, watch neglected maps drift, and scout an opponent's pool before you ever reach the veto.

• Players who are people Every pro on a top org has a face, a handle, and a playstyle. Contracts, morale, ego, loyalty and form all move, and chemistry depends on who can actually talk to whom.

• A world that keeps score A newsroom remembers your win streak and your collapse. Standings, rankings and headlines are all generated from results that actually happened.
