Ride the Wave

AI is the craziest gold rush of our time — and you're done watching from the sidelines. Found your AI company from scratch and carve a path through an industry crowded with giants. There's no magic here: just data, compute, and algorithms — plus your instinct as a decision-maker.

From 0 to 1: Build Your LLM

• The Corpus War — scour the globe for quality training data and build a data moat. Exclusive corpora can make your model an overnight sensation.

• Tech Breakthroughs — invest in R&D to unlock new architectures and optimizations. Chase ultimate inference efficiency, or bet on disruptive model structures?

• Iterative Training — allocate compute, monitor runs, fight overfitting and catastrophic forgetting. Every weight update is a gamble.

Monetize the Model

Training a strong model is only the beginning — now turn it into cash:

• Launch API services and subscription products to win enterprise customers;

• Weigh open source vs. closed source — community influence against profit margins;

• React to shifting demand, rival ambushes, and sudden AI-ethics storms.

Strategy Meets Management

Walk the line between long-term research and short-term cash flow; make the calls on hiring, funding rounds, and release timing. Will your company become the next industry giant — or go bankrupt in the bubble?

Infinite Replayability

Randomized market trends, tech routes, and rival strategies mean no two runs play the same. There is no single winning formula — only your own AI business legend.
