THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA: SEX & REQUIEM is a story-driven adult visual novel that blends dark romance, mystery, psychological horror, supernatural intrigue, and explicit adult content inside the decaying grandeur of the Vesper Grand Opera.

Twenty years ago, a disastrous performance known as Silent Night changed the opera house forever. Seventeen people vanished. The building was sealed. And Elias Crowe lost his mother, Amelia, to a tragedy he never truly understood.

Now, the Vesper Grand Opera is opening its doors again.

Elias, now a renowned but creatively broken composer, returns to the place he spent most of his life trying to escape. What begins as an opportunity to confront the past soon becomes something far more dangerous. Impossible melodies echo through empty corridors. Hidden rooms reveal themselves behind walls. Voices of the dead whisper through the architecture. And somewhere beneath the opera house, a masked woman has been waiting for him.

Her name is Lyra Veyne.

Beautiful, brilliant, obsessive, and deeply connected to the secrets buried beneath the opera, Lyra knows things about Elias that no stranger should know. She has spent years listening, studying, composing, and searching for a way to complete a forbidden work known as Requiem for the Hollow.

Elias soon discovers that Lyra is not the only person hiding something.

Celeste Arden, the opera’s charismatic star soprano, draws Elias into a relationship filled with attraction, ambition, and temptation. Dr. Sabine Moreau investigates the impossible acoustic phenomena spreading through the building while struggling to separate science from something that should not exist. Vivienne Voss, the powerful woman behind the opera’s reopening, appears determined to restore Vesper to its former glory — but her interest in the building’s hidden architecture reaches far beyond art or business.

At the center of everything is the Hollow Choir: a phenomenon born from memory, grief, desire, and decades of experimentation beneath the opera house.

The deeper Elias descends, the more his understanding of his mother, Lyra, and Silent Night begins to collapse.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA: SEX & REQUIEM follows one complete canonical story with a strong focus on character relationships, mystery progression, emotional development, supernatural horror, and cinematic presentation. Choices shape conversations, relationships, reactions, and intimate moments while the central narrative continues toward a single dramatic conclusion.

Adult relationships are an important part of the story rather than disconnected bonus content. Attraction develops alongside trust, jealousy, obsession, vulnerability, and conflict, giving the intimate scenes narrative context within each character arc.

The game features fully animated NSFW scenes integrated directly into the story. These sequences are presented alongside cinematic visual novel CGs and relationship-driven buildup rather than replacing the main plot.

A built-in gallery system allows unlocked CGs and adult scenes to be revisited after discovering them during the story.
