IN THE EXAM ROOM, CATCHING CHEATERS ISN'T ALL THAT MATTERS

What truly matters is making the right call.

The moment you enter the exam room, the responsibility is yours.

Observe students from a first-person perspective. Walk around the room, watch their behavior, and look for anything suspicious.

Phones, hidden notes, wandering eyes on someone else's paper, and much more...

But things aren't always as simple as they seem.

Not every suspicion is justified. Not every situation has one right answer.

Accuse a student, let something slide, or choose another way to handle the situation. Your decisions can affect your relationships with students, your reputation, and the career you've spent years building.

STUDENTS ARE MORE THAN JUST NUMBERS

Academia is about more than lectures and exams.

Advise your students, listen to the problems they face, and let the choices you make throughout their academic lives define what kind of academic you become.

Will you be strict and authoritative?

Or will you become someone who builds strong bonds with their students?

As the years pass, new students will arrive, familiar faces will graduate, your career will evolve, and new opportunities will emerge.

Some decisions will have immediate consequences. Others may return to you years later.

EVERY DECISION SHAPES YOUR CAREER

Every university may be just one chapter of your story.

Pursue opportunities at more prestigious institutions, or remain at the university you've dedicated years of your life to.

Your performance, academic reputation, relationships with students, and the decisions you make will shape the opportunities that come your way.

• Gain academic experience

• Build your reputation

• Unlock new career opportunities

• Move to more prestigious universities

• Climb the academic ladder

Rise from research assistant to professor. Succeed long enough, and one day you may even earn the opportunity to lead your own department.

How far you rise won't be decided by time alone, but by the choices you make.

BUILD YOUR CAREER. LIVE YOUR LIFE.

There's a life beyond the university.

What you do with the salary you earn is entirely up to you.

• Upgrade your home

• Buy new furniture and belongings

• Own a car

• Improve your standard of living

• Build your savings

• Explore different investments

Spend your money, save it, or try to grow your wealth through Bitcoin, silver, and other investment opportunities.

Your career success can shape your finances, while your financial decisions can change the options available to you in the future.

THE YEARS WILL PASS

Students will arrive.

Students will graduate.

Universities will change.

New opportunities will emerge.

Your career will move forward.

And one day, you'll look back and see how hundreds of small decisions became an entire academic career.

The students you once advised may be long gone. You may have left the university where you spent years of your life. The entry-level position where everything began may feel like a distant memory.

But the story created by your decisions will remain with you.

THIS IS YOUR ACADEMIC STORY

EXAM WATCH! isn't just about catching students cheating on exams.

It's a life and career simulation where you build your own journey through academia—from unemployment and your first job application to your first interview and signed contract, from the relationships you form with students to the professorship you may reach many years later.

Every decision leaves a mark.

Every year becomes part of your story.

Universities may change. Students may graduate. Years may pass.

But the academic legacy you leave behind is entirely your own.
