A Strike With Everything at Stake

In Mile High Walkout, you play as Rowan Petrak, a veteran Nimbus Air purser and elected president of the Cabin Crew Federation's Local 14. Three years ago, he convinced 4,200 crew members to accept a Bridge Agreement that saved jobs while leaving unpaid time uncounted. Now the contract has expired, the membership has walked out at midnight, and 200,000 stranded passengers are demanding answers.

Across twenty-four volatile days, hold the strike together through public pressure, media framing, negotiation, financial hardship, and divisions inside the membership. Your choices shape Rowan's credibility, the future of Local 14, and one of three romance routes.

Meet the Cast

Noelle Auger — The Room

Meredith Lowry — The Table
The National Conciliation Service's senior conciliator is calm, experienced, and bound by strict neutrality. Any private contact with Rowan risks her professional code and career.

Rae Villanueva — The Armband
A 26-year-old cabin crew member working two jobs and facing eviction, Rae becomes Rowan's strike captain. Their mentor-and-mentee dynamic changes as she grows into a public leader in her own right.
