The village falls. Its memories live on.

Last Civilization: Inherited Flame is a settlement survival simulation about building a village around the last flame and passing its records and memories to the next civilization. Daytime preparations shape your survival at night. What you preserve from failure can help the next village endure.

Build by day. Defend by night.

Gather wood, stone, and food. Build homes, farms, workshops, and defenses. Residents' work, hunger, stamina, hauling, and building use affect one another. Prepare fences and gates and assign a night watch before the Shadows arrive. Damage and shortages carry into the next morning.

A civilization growing in the full game under development

• A village and defensive lines that develop from wood to stone and brick
• Personal histories, village records, collapse and inheritance, and progression toward Day 100
• Cave of Echoes: venture deeper while managing light and supplies, then return with discoveries for the village
• Eastern Journey: returning travelers' reports lift the fog on the world map. Develop surveyed routes into contact outposts and pass exploration records to the next village

These are highlights of the full game under development. Additional full-game features such as the cave, journey, and world map are not a statement of what is included in the currently available demo.

From Early Access toward the full release

We plan to keep improving long-term balance, controls, readability, buildings, research, calamities, record events, and supported languages. Content and implementation order may change with testing and feedback.
