2. Train daily for at least 5 minutes with Emo Lisa

3. Transfer the knowledge into the real world by paying attention to the people you meet in your daily life

4. Adjust your communication to the emotional atmosphere of the group or person

5. Detect deception by paying attention to the missmatch between the words spoken and the actual emotional state. An example of deception: someone says 'I'm so happy to see you!' however they display negative contradictory emotions such as boredom, anger, contempt fake smile or even disgust.

6. Evaluate correctly the state of your relationships, the experts say an unhealthy relationship is characterised by frequent, repeated and long duration expression of contempt or disgust.
