Welcome to PORE PANIC, where a satisfying pop is only the beginning.

Take on treatment jobs, extract stubborn blackheads, and turn crowded patches of skin into rewarding chain reactions. Earn money, unlock permanent skills, and grow your clinic—but keep an eye on the bills. Being good with an extractor is one thing. Keeping the doors open is another.

FIND THE PERFECT POP

Every treatment is a small test of timing and control. Hold to build pressure, watch the sweet spot, and release for a satisfying extraction.

Release too early and you’ll waste stamina without clearing the target. Push too far and the treatment becomes messy, costing more stamina and leaving a longer-lasting mark. Find the right pressure to keep your shift moving.

Treat different sizes of pimples, pull visible seeds from blackheads, and work through tightly packed colonies. Larger targets bring larger bursts, while different tools give each treatment its own feel.

Show pressure building, a Perfect release, a whitehead burst, and a blackhead seed extraction.

TURN ONE POP INTO A CASCADE

Start with individual treatments and work toward busy fields filled with pimples, blackheads, and clustered outbreaks.

Unlock chain reactions through the skill tree, then develop them into increasingly powerful cascades. Expand their reach, increase the number of linked targets, and build toward upgrades that connect reactions across the treatment area.

Watch one well-placed pop become a growing combo of extractions and rewards.

Show one manual pop triggering a clear sequence through nearby targets, followed by a larger late-game cascade.

BUILD YOUR OWN TREATMENT STYLE

Spend your earnings on a branching permanent skill tree and shape the way you play.

Improve pressure control, reduce stamina costs, strengthen rewards, unlock tools, and develop multi-level power-ups. Invest in precise, controlled treatments—or build toward bigger chains and more powerful clear-outs.

Permanent upgrades carry into future jobs, giving you new ways to handle tougher treatments. But every purchase is a choice: spend on your next upgrade, or keep enough money aside for the clinic’s expenses?

Show the tree overview, a readable upgrade description, a node purchase, and the connected upgrade path.

MAKE EVERY SHIFT DIFFERENT

Choose temporary power-ups during a job to strengthen your current run.

Widen your release window, save stamina, improve Perfect-pop rewards, or equip an active ability. Combine these choices with your permanent skills and selected tool to adapt to the treatments ahead.

Temporary boosts last for the shift, so make them count.

THE BILLS MUST BE PAID

Your clinic runs on more than clean treatments.

Complete jobs, earn client ratings, and take on bonus objectives to build your income. Then decide how much to spend on growth and how much to reserve for rent, supplies, and utilities.

Unpaid bills affect your work. Overdue rent can lock regular jobs, supply shortages make mistakes more costly and can suspend advanced tools, and unpaid utilities reduce patience and slow tool-power recharge.

A successful shift feels good. A successful shift that keeps the clinic open feels even better.
