BUILD YOUR OWN SHOPPING CENTER

Start small, expand your stores, and take control of your own shopping center.

In Shopping Center Simulator, you take over an empty mall and gradually transform it into a busy and profitable business. Open new stores, manage products, hire employees, and keep expanding as your shopping center grows.

OPEN NEW STORES AND EXPAND

Start with a supermarket and unlock new businesses as you earn money.

Manage clothing stores, bookstores, electronics shops, sports stores, music stores, fast food restaurants, a hardware store, a cinema, and more.

Every new store expands your mall and brings new management challenges.

MANAGE STOCK AND PRICES

Order products, move boxes into storage, restock shelves, and set your own selling prices.

Prices that are too high may drive customers away, while empty shelves can hurt your sales.

Keep your inventory under control, set the right prices, and maximize your profits.

HIRE AND MANAGE EMPLOYEES

As your business grows, managing everything alone becomes more difficult.

Hire cashiers, shelf stockers, chefs, cleaners, security staff, and other employees to keep your mall running smoothly.

Assign the right workers to the right jobs and keep every part of your shopping center under control.

PROTECT YOUR MALL

Not every customer comes to shop.

Watch out for thieves, use security systems, respond to alarms, and prevent losses before they damage your business.

As your mall grows, security becomes an important part of your management strategy.

KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY

Cleanliness, checkout queues, product availability, prices, and the overall condition of your stores all affect customer satisfaction.

Improve your mall’s reputation, attract more visitors, and create a shopping center people want to return to.

Happy customers are the foundation of a successful business.

MANAGE YOUR ECONOMY

Spend your money carefully.

Pay employee wages, manage expenses, invest in new stores, and keep your debts under control.

Poor financial decisions can put your entire shopping center at risk.

Growing your mall is not just about selling products — smart financial management matters too.

PLAY SOLO OR WITH FRIENDS

Manage your shopping center on your own or team up with friends in online co-op.

Divide the work, take care of different stores, serve customers, and build your shopping center together.

START SMALL. BUILD SOMETHING BIG.

Every new store, employee, and customer brings your shopping center one step closer to becoming a thriving mall.

Manage your income, make smart investments, overcome problems, and build your own shopping center empire.
