BUILD YOUR COMPANY. WRITE YOUR STORY.

Every transport empire starts somewhere. Yours starts with a single truck.

European Truck Manager puts you in control of a growing transport company where every truck you buy, every driver you hire and every contract you accept becomes another chapter in the story you create. There is no established corporation waiting for you. No enormous fleet. No network of fully equipped garages. You begin small, with limited resources and decisions that matter. From there, the road ahead is yours.

Find the right jobs, put your first truck to work and begin building a reputation across Europe. What starts as a modest operation can gradually become a powerful transport company with an expanding fleet, skilled employees, specialized vehicles and garages stretching across the continent.

But growth brings responsibility.

FROM ONE TRUCK TO AN ENTIRE FLEET

Your vehicles are the backbone of your company.

Explore the truck market, compare different vehicles and invest in the machines that fit the direction you want your business to take. Expand their capabilities with trailers and specialized equipment, opening the door to new types of cargo and more demanding transport operations. As your fleet grows, keeping it moving becomes just as important as buying it. Vehicles accumulate kilometers and wear. Fuel costs money. Maintenance cannot be ignored forever.

A successful company isn't built by owning the most trucks. It's built by making the right trucks profitable.

BUILD A COMPANY AROUND THE PEOPLE WHO DRIVE IT

Behind every vehicle is a person.

Recruit drivers and discover employees with different skills and potential. Train them, improve their abilities and develop a workforce capable of taking on increasingly demanding assignments. As your organization grows, so does its need for management. Supervisors, accountants and other key employees can become an important part of your operation, while holidays, motivation, salaries and employee development turn your workforce into more than numbers on a spreadsheet.

Your company becomes a living organization - and you are responsible for keeping it moving.

TAKE ON JOBS. BUILD YOUR REPUTATION.

Across Europe, customers are waiting for cargo to be moved.

Choose the jobs that make sense for your fleet, match vehicles and drivers to suitable assignments and decide which opportunities are worth pursuing. Different cargo demands different equipment, capacity and qualifications, while specialized transport can offer greater opportunities for companies prepared to handle it.

Not every journey will go exactly according to plan. Unexpected situations can force decisions along the way. Success, failure and the choices you make can affect your finances, employees and reputation.

Every completed transport moves your company forward.

BUILD YOUR NETWORK ACROSS EUROPE

Eventually, one garage won't be enough.

Expand into new locations, purchase plots and develop garages capable of supporting a larger operation. Increase vehicle capacity and invest in facilities that transform simple depots into important parts of your transport network.

Your garages become the foundations of your expansion - places where vehicles, employees and company infrastructure come together. Open the Live Map and watch that network come alive. Follow your fleet across Europe, monitor active operations and see the company you created spread across the continent.

What was once a single truck is now a network.

CONTROL THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE WHEELS

Every kilometre has a cost.

Fuel, wages, maintenance, invoices, loans and investments all compete for the money your company earns. Examine your finances, pay your obligations and decide when it is time to save - and when it is time to take the risk and expand. Growth can create enormous opportunities, but expanding too quickly can turn ambition into financial pressure.

There is no single correct way to build your company. Remain a focused regional operator. Create a specialized fleet. Invest heavily in employees and infrastructure. Or keep expanding until your trucks and garages form a logistics network stretching across Europe.

You make the decisions. You build the company. You write your own story.
