This Is Not an Animated Physics Exam

Physics Exam Trainer (No Class Today) is a 3D interactive game built around high-school physics.

Of course there are questions.

But this isn't a final exam on a computer.

You'll stand in front of experimental apparatus, examine the conditions, calculate the results, and make your own predictions. Then press Run and watch the experiment actually happen right in front of you.

Calculate → Predict → Run

Work it out.
Predict what will happen.
Then make it happen.

Bring Physics Problems Off the Page and Into the Laboratory

The game's scenarios are inspired by common high-school physics problems, covering mechanics, electric circuits, waves, optics, and more.

You might need to predict where an object will land, determine the readings on electrical instruments, adjust experimental parameters, or calculate the outcome of an optics problem before seeing whether your prediction was correct. You might even venture into space and put your physics knowledge to work calculating the properties of a star.

The formulas still matter, but they're no longer the end of the experience.

Predict First, Reveal Later

Many experiments won't immediately reveal the correct answer as you interact with them.

Observe first.
Calculate first.

Physics Is Something You Can Play With

The apparatus here isn't just background decoration for the questions.

You can even pick up your phone and compete with your classmates in a points-based challenge.

Once you've confirmed your prediction, start the experiment. Correct results become something you can see for yourself, while incorrect predictions can sometimes be even more interesting.

No Class Today.

You're already here. Might as well solve a physics problem.
