STORY

Someone has framed Mandarin the ginger cat. A double is prowling the quiet seaside neighborhood and causing trouble, and every mess he leaves comes with a tuft of ginger fur. The neighbors are certain the culprit is Haruka's beloved pet. On Sunday, she will take him to the shelter.

Mandarin has seven days. He has to track down his double, figure out who has been feeding him and why, and prove his innocence to people who only hear him say "meow." Meanwhile the neighbors are turning on each other, and someone very much wants them to sell their homes.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

• A detective story told by a cat. People only see what you do. With other cats, Mandarin talks normally, and every cat has its own personality, its own secrets and its own price for information.

• An isometric neighborhood. Home, the courtyard, a side street, the waterfront, the park, the shrine, the port, an abandoned bathhouse and a stranger's attic. Each place feels different by day and by night.

• Clues and investigation. Follow trails, eavesdrop on conversations and gather evidence. At the final meeting, you decide what to show the neighbors.

• Trust and suspicion. Two meters stay on screen at all times: how much Haruka believes in her cat, and how guilty the neighborhood thinks he is. Every choice moves them.

• Decisions with consequences. Seven major turning points: a deal with the port boss, a night escape, pinning the blame on someone else, the fate of your double. Your allies remember how you acted.

• 10 mini-games. Clue hunting, scent tracking, sneaking, eavesdropping, untangling nets, paw fishing, purring, hunting, knocking things off tables and a rooftop chase.

• Visual novel scenes. Expressive character portraits and 32 illustrations of key moments.

• 4 endings. Whether you save the neighborhood, yourself and your double depends on the evidence you gather, Haruka's trust and your allies.
