THE WATER KNOWS WHAT YOU DID

Paradise Fall is a chilling psychological horror point-and-click where uncovering the town’s buried mystery comes at a terrifying personal price.

Intrusive Thoughts

You play as Dennis, a man pushed to the very edge by his own mind. He is plagued by dark, intrusive thoughts; his nightmares and visions haunt his every waking moment, and his violent urges seem beyond his control. All he desires is peace, but the knife he wields is a constant, gruesome reminder of his torment; no matter how vigorously he washes it, the unsettling presence of blood never seems to fade.

His misery began years ago: a single, horrific trip to Paradise Falls resulted in an unbearable tragedy when his daughter vanished, leaving him consumed by the darkest question—was he truly to blame?

Now, an older, hardened man, Dennis is haunted by his daughter's drawings, now defaced with frantic writing demanding his return to the falls to save her. He obeys, seeking closure or perhaps final penance. He arrives ready to face the nightmares that plague this flooded, desolate town, but the ghosts and shadows no longer hold power over him. The only terror Dennis must vanquish is the darkness lurking within his own fractured mind.

Shadows of the Flood

As the waters rise, you take control of Rachel, whose journey uncovers the rot beneath the surface of Paradise Falls. Through her eyes, you will piece together the final hours of a dying community and witness how the desperate actions of a single man invited a curse that drowned the town in more than just water. Discover the truth behind the "salvation" promised to the citizens, and decide if some secrets were meant to stay buried in the depths.

Key Features

• The Weight of the Blade: Keep your knife clean. Harming others raises Dennis' anxiety, dragging him into a fractured, alternate version of reality. Only by cleansing your weapon—and your conscience—can you return the world to normal.

• Classic Interaction: A traditional "verb coin" interface and deep inventory system. Solve puzzles and navigate the world with a familiar, tactile mechanical heart.

• Atmospheric Exploration: Navigate a flooded world rendered in a moody, muted palette. Every shadow and rain-slicked corner is designed to amplify the desperate, claustrophobic atmosphere of a town lost to time.

• The Ultimate Price: Uncover the history of Paradise Falls by stepping into the lives of those who lived it. Play as multiple characters—including Rachel and the very monsters that haunt the streets—to see the tragedy from every angle.
